We ship international and rates are based on quantity of products and shipping address.
All products are shipped with tracking.
Typical shipping times for North America orders are 5-10 business days.
International orders may take up to 2 weeks as we try to minimize our environmental impact by producing our products on demand.

Our products are made on demand meaning they are final sale unless defective.
For clothing we recommend you reference the size guides found on each product prior to ordering.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@inlustris.shop within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
